תנאי שימוש, פרטיות ורישיון תוכנה
מסמך זה מסדיר את השימוש באתר ובגרסת הבטא החינמית של OMS. עודכן לאחרונה: 25 בספטמבר 2026.
תנאי שימוש
הגלישה באתר, ההרשמה והשימוש ב־OMS מהווים הסכמה לתנאים אלה. השירות מיועד לבני 18 ומעלה ולמשתמשים שהוסמכו לפעול בשם הארגון שלהם.
שימוש מותר
ניתן להשתמש ב־OMS למטרות מקצועיות וחוקיות בלבד. אין לבצע הנדסה לאחור, לעקוף מנגנוני רישוי ואבטחה, להפיץ עותקים ללא הרשאה, להפריע לשירות או להשתמש בו בניגוד לדין.
חשבון ואבטחה
המשתמש אחראי לנכונות הפרטים, לשמירת פרטי הכניסה ולפעילות בחשבונו. יש לדווח ללא דיחוי על שימוש בלתי מורשה.
שינויים וזמינות
המפעיל רשאי לעדכן את האתר, התוכנה, התכונות והתנאים. אין התחייבות לזמינות רציפה, לתמיכה בכל גרסת Revit או לשימור תכונה מסוימת.
דין וסמכות
על התנאים יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט תהיה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל, בכפוף לדין.
מדיניות פרטיות
לצורך הפעלת החשבון והרישוי אנו עשויים לעבד שם, דוא״ל, שיוך ארגוני, מזהה מכשיר, גרסת Revit, נתוני הפעלה ורישוי, פניות תמיכה ונתונים טכניים הנחוצים לאבטחה ולפתרון תקלות.
מטרות העיבוד
- יצירת חשבון, אימות משתמש והפעלת רישיון.
- אבטחת השירות, מניעת שימוש לרעה ותמיכה.
- שיפור המוצר, ניתוח תקלות והודעות שירות חיוניות.
- בכפוף להסכמה: מדידת כניסות לאתר, מקורות קמפיין, לחיצות על הורדות ופניות.
כלי מדידה ושיווק
לאחר קבלת הסכמה, האתר עשוי להפעיל את Google Analytics 4 ואת LinkedIn Insight Tag. כלים אלה עשויים לעבד כתובת IP מקוצרת או נתוני רשת, סוג מכשיר ודפדפן, עמודים שנצפו, מקור ההגעה ופעולות כגון הורדה או יצירת קשר. מטרת השימוש היא מדידה מצרפית, שיפור האתר והערכת ביצועי קמפיינים.
מסירה ושמירה
מידע עשוי להישמר אצל ספקי תשתית ומדידה, לרבות Google ו־LinkedIn, הפועלים בהתאם לתנאיהם ולמדיניות הפרטיות שלהם. לא נמכור מידע אישי. המידע יישמר לפי הצורך להפעלת השירות, מדידה, עמידה בדין ויישוב מחלוקות.

הסכם רישיון למשתמש קצה
בכפוף לתנאים, מוענק רישיון מוגבל, אישי, ניתן לביטול, בלתי בלעדי ובלתי ניתן להעברה להתקין ולהשתמש ב־OMS בגרסאות Revit הנתמכות.
התוכנה ניתנת ברישיון ואינה נמכרת. זכויות הקניין הרוחני בקוד, בממשק, בסימנים ובתיעוד נשארות בבעלות המפעיל או בעלי הזכויות. Autodesk ו־Revit הם סימנים מסחריים של בעליהם; OMS הוא מוצר עצמאי ואינו מסונף ל־Autodesk.
הגבלות וסיום
אין להעתיק, לשנות, לפרק, לבצע הנדסה לאחור, להשכיר, למכור או להעניק רישיון משנה, אלא אם הדין מתיר זאת. הרישיון עשוי להיחסם עקב הפרה, סיכון אבטחה או שימוש בלתי חוקי.
תנאי בטא והגבלת אחריות
גרסת בטא עשויה לכלול שגיאות, שינויים, תכונות ניסיוניות או הפסקות שירות. השימוש הוא על אחריות המשתמש; יש לבצע גיבויים ולבדוק כל תוצאה מקצועית באופן עצמאי.
OMS אינה תחליף לשיקול דעת הנדסי, לבדיקת מתכנן מוסמך, לתיאום בין יועצים או לבקרת איכות. החלטות תכנון וביצוע נשארות באחריות המשתמש והגורמים המקצועיים בפרויקט.
במידה המרבית המותרת בדין, התוכנה והשירות מסופקים כפי שהם, ללא אחריות להתאמה, דיוק או פעולה רציפה. האחריות לא תחול על נזק עקיף, אובדן מידע, רווח או עיכוב בפרויקט.
עוגיות ואחסון מקומי
האתר משתמש באחסון מקומי הכרחי לשמירת בחירת השפה והעדפת הפרטיות. כלי מדידה ושיווק אופציונליים נטענים רק לאחר אישור. ניתן לשנות את הבחירה בכל עת באמצעות הכפתור הבא.
הצהרת נגישות
אנו פועלים להנגשת האתר באמצעות מבנה סמנטי, ניווט מקלדת, ניגודיות ותצוגה מותאמת. אם נתקלתם בקושי, פנו אל support@omsbim.com וציינו את העמוד והפעולה.

Terms of Use
Browsing, registering or using OMS constitutes acceptance of these terms. The service is intended for users aged 18 or older and users authorized to act for their organization.
Permitted use
OMS may be used only for lawful professional purposes. You may not reverse engineer it, bypass licensing or security, distribute unauthorized copies, disrupt the service or violate applicable law.
Account and security
You are responsible for accurate details, safeguarding credentials and activity under your account. Unauthorized use must be reported promptly.
Changes and availability
The operator may update the website, software, features and terms. Continuous availability, support for every Revit version or retention of a particular feature is not guaranteed.
Law and jurisdiction
Israeli law governs these terms. Competent courts in Israel shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law.
Privacy Policy
To operate accounts and licensing, we may process name, email, organization, device identifier, Revit version, activation and license data, support correspondence, and technical data needed for security and troubleshooting.
Purposes
- Account creation, authentication and license activation.
- Security, abuse prevention and technical support.
- Product improvement, diagnostics and essential service messages.
- With consent: measuring website visits, campaign sources, downloads and contact actions.
Analytics and marketing tools
After consent, the website may activate Google Analytics 4 and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. These tools may process a shortened IP address or network information, browser and device type, viewed pages, acquisition source, and actions such as downloads or contact clicks. They are used for aggregate measurement, website improvement and campaign evaluation.
Sharing and retention
Information may be handled by infrastructure and measurement providers, including Google and LinkedIn, under their terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information. Data is retained as needed for service operation, measurement, legal compliance and dispute resolution.

Subject to law, access, correction or deletion requests may be sent to support@omsbim.com.
End User License Agreement
Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use OMS with supported Revit versions.
The software is licensed, not sold. Intellectual property rights in the code, interface, marks and documentation remain with the operator or relevant rights holders. Autodesk and Revit are trademarks of their owners; OMS is independent and not affiliated with Autodesk.
Restrictions and termination
You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, rent, sell or sublicense the software except where expressly permitted by law. The license may be suspended for breach, security risk or unlawful use.
Beta Terms and Disclaimer
Beta software may contain errors, changes, experimental features or interruptions. Use it at your own risk, maintain backups and independently verify all professional outputs.
OMS does not replace engineering judgment, review by qualified professionals, consultant coordination or quality control. Design and construction decisions remain the responsibility of users and project professionals.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the software and service are provided “as is,” without warranties of fitness, accuracy or uninterrupted operation. Liability excludes indirect loss, lost data, profit or project delay.

The site uses essential local storage for language and privacy preferences. Optional analytics and marketing tools load only after consent. You may reopen the choice mechanism at any time using the button below.
